A brand under Authentic Holidays Limited, Authentic Italy is a privately owned travel company that offers independent holiday rental accommodation in all of Italy’s regions with each villa and apartment providing individuals and groups a taste of the authentic Italian holiday experience. All properties – they have more than 1,000 of them (totaling almost 2,000 choices), are either privately run as well as owned by the locals or supervised by one of Authentic Italy’s select local agents.

All properties are fully furnished, with towels, bed linen, and television sets and other local decorations or furnishings. In addition to accommodation, the company also helps clients to organize tailored holiday packages, flights and other extras like travel insurance and airport parking.

Some of Authentic Italy’s offerings include a modern Sardinian villa located near Porto Colombu on Sardinia’s northeastern coast, a villa on Tuscany’s coast that houses six and is only 400 meters away from the beach, a Mediterranean-inspired villa also on Sardinia’s northeastern coast that is 50 meters from the sea, a Sicilian apartment that is 300 meters away from the historic town of Celafu, an old Tuscany home on the hills near Pisa, a Tuscan villa between the sea and Lucca with views of the coast, a seafront guest cottage surrounded by vegetation, and a Tuscan apartment near Fortei dei Marmi. Other properties are also available in Italy’s art cities such as Rome, Florence, Venice, Sorrento, and Lucca. Bookings in April, May, and October may include significant discounts.
